We are only a phone call away should anything arise after the handover as you are covered by 1 year defects warranty period.

Whilst under construction and up until the handover, your build will be fully secured with Builder’s risk insurance policy. Our team is site safe trained and accredited. Our dedicated team will keep the site clean and tidy removing any potential slip, trip and fall hazards. The hazard board will be displayed on site and kept up to date.
